This warranty replaces all in-box warranties provided for Xiro products purchased in America

Xiro America Limited Warranty

All products sold by Xiro are covered 12 months warranty.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of products manufactured, sold by Xiro which was purchased and used in America.

Xiro endeavors to provide customer with replacement warranty for any products within 15 days from the date of purchase. After the 15 days period, manufacturer's warranty applies, except for products specifically covered by charging referred. The customer receives any products which are faulty or dead on Arrival then the customer must notify Xiro within 7 days. Outside the 15 days period warranty, it is at Xiro's discretion to credit, replace, exchange or repair the faulty products.

The benefits provided under this Limited Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies provided under North and South America law.

Our products come with guarantees that can not be excluded under America Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation tfor any other good foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if The goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Xiro warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover the software. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Xiro shall bear the costs of repair or replacement .

If you, provide notice to Xiro and return the product to Xiro in the manner described below.


Whenever possible, please consult troubleshooting steps provided in the manual first or visit manufacturer's website as normally they have abundant to troubleshoot the problems you might have.

If all else fails, and you believe product is faulty, please contact out warranty department to obtain return and replace authorisation. Products shall be returned to authorized retailer shop or resellers where the purchase was made "(Original Source") Upon acceptance of the Products, Xiro is committed to provide the repaired or replaced products to the Original Source in a reasonable manner.

You will be responsible for shipping charges, insurance, and other transportation-related expenses incurred in returning productto Xiro.

The customer bears the cost of repair / freight for the following:

1. Damaged parts or components not sold or manufactured by Xiro

2. Parts repaired or replaced by parties other than Xiro authorized service centers

3. There is damage caused by an external electrical fault, accident, natural disaster, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance, or use under unusual conditions;

4. There is bad caused by improper installation or improper connection to the drone.

5. Units purchased outside the service coverage region;

6. No Fault found and other excluded circumstances ;.

7. Warranty also ceases if damaged by: use for which it is not designed / accidents / misuse / incorrect voltage;

8. Any Physical damage cause by user will not cover;

9. Faulty drone need to return to base, missing drone will not accept;


1. Removed, revised, defaced, or damaged warranty seals and / or original factory serial numbers;

2. Damage resulting from improper installation, including, but not limited to, incorrect or insufficient electric power supply / third party battery / third parts.

3. Defects resulting from long-term improper use;

4. Damage (including cosmetic damage such as scratches, spots, or dents), failure, loss, or personal injury due to misuse,

4. abuse, negligence, improper maintenance and storage, or acts of nature;

5. Damaged incurred while being transported or moved by the customer;

6. Damage resulting from installation of third party firm ware;

7. Unable to provide the corresponding flight logs, video or other related evidence for analyzing and judging.

If you return out-of warranty products or products under warranty that are determined to to conform to this warranty, you will be responsible for all return-shipping and other transportation-related expenses.
